Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring the protective films are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
